CANCELLATION REQUEST

Thank you for letting FINS Agency know you need to cancel your travel plans. Please provide the requested details in the form so we can process the cancellation with the supplier(s).

We strive to give our clients the personalized attention they deserve, and we are their personal advocate if problems arise. We are only compensated by the suppliers after a client has completed travel. When a client has to cancel their trip, FINS Agency is not compensated for the time and research that has been put into curating their travel plans. Because of this, FINS Agency charges a $100 per person cancellation fee.

We appreciate your understanding regarding this fee and sincerely hope to work with you in the near future on other travel experiences.

All cancellations or no-shows are subject to penalties imposed by the supplier. All cancellations must be submitted through this form. Cancellations sent via any other method will not be processed. Cancellations are posted on the day that the cancellation form is received by FINS Agency so long as it is received before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day.  All other cancellations will be posted on the next business day. Example: If a form is received at 6pm on Saturday, it will not be processed until the following Monday. Your cancellation will
be confirmed via email when processed.

By submitting this form, you are granting FINS Agency permission to cancel your reservation.

Please charge my credit card referenced above in the amount indicated above for the cancellation of my trip. I understand if I purchased travel insurance, as recommended by FINS Agency, I reserve the right to submit this fee through my travel insurance company for reimbursement.

This transaction will show as "outsideagents.com" on your receipt and as "Paypal * Travel Agent" on your statement.
