A little story with plenty of personality.
Fins Agency began with founders Katie and Wayne Mills, a shared love of the water, and a family nickname. Wayne—a U.S. Marine Corps veteran—has long been known as “Sharky.” Add in their beach-loving, Parrot Head spirit and the familiar call of “Fins Up,” and the name felt inevitable.
Katie launched the agency in 2018 to turn that easygoing island mindset into something genuinely useful: personal travel guidance, trusted recommendations, and calm support from the first idea to the flight home.
Today, Fins Agency specializes in premium cruises, beautiful resort escapes, destination weddings, honeymoons, anniversaries, and group trips worth gathering for.

With a lifelong love of the island lifestyle, Katie founded Fins Agency to help travelers choose experiences that truly fit them. Her specialties include elevated cruises, all-inclusive resorts, celebrations, and group travel.
She brings firsthand destination knowledge, strong industry relationships, and a calm, highly personal approach to every trip.
Jacque’ McKinley
An Army veteran with roots across the DC Metro area, Virginia Beach, Hawaii, and South Carolina, Jacque’ brings a natural curiosity for people and places to every itinerary.
Her international work and frequent travel throughout authentic regions of Mexico add meaningful firsthand perspective—and her warmth makes clients feel cared for from beginning to end.
